The Camp Meeker Recreation and Park Board is inviting applications to serve on the Board of Directors.  The District is a California Special District that administers the operations of the Recreation and Park District and the Camp Meeker Water system under various government codes.  The applicant must be a duly registered voter in Camp Meeker.  The term of office runs through December 6, 2013 at which time the District will hold an election for a full four-year term of office.  All Directors serve in a volunteer capacity.

Applicants are asked to submit a letter explaining their level of interest and relevant qualifications to admin(at)campmeeker.org, or mail to PO Box 461, Camp Meeker 95419. The Board, at its discretion, may interview applicants.

Applications received after February 9, 2013 will not be considered.  In order to satisfy legal requirements, the appointment will be at the February 19, 2013 Board meeting.
