• Saturday or Sunday: CM Residents $350.00* – Non-CM Residents $400.00
A deposit of $500.00 is required to make a reservation. It will be refunded within 30 days after the date of your event. You have the option of paying the rental fee at the same time as the deposit, or you can pay the rental fee later as long as it is received at least 60 days prior to the date of your event.
